\nSo there’s rioting in the streets.
\nSo the police force forgot to disband the KKK.
\nSo the skies have turned red.
\nSo the mall is so empty you wouldn’t be surprised to see a zombie at the Wetzel’s Pretzels.
\nSo your kids are crashing your zoom meetings.
\nSo your neighbor is pointing a rifle at GrubHub delivery guy.<\/p>\n

Sure, there are a lot of changes, but most of them are things that we should have been changing all along. Covid was just the kick in the pants we needed. Like pressing the fast forward button on the DVR remote of social progress.<\/p>\n
We were already wondering how people would be expected to survive when they couldn’t find a job.
\nWe were already wondering why we didn’t take more time to appreciate the role of teachers, grocery store baggers and delivery workers.
\nWe were already wondering why more people didn’t just work from home instead of wasting time and gas on commuting.
\nWe were already wondering why we can’t have a proper discussion about racial equality.
\nWe were already wondering why the government is a dumpster fire.
\nWe were already wondering if maybe we should be spending more time with our kids.
\nWe were already wondering what would become of higher education when there’s a You Tube tutorial for everything.
\nWe were already wondering when major studios would start letting us watch first-run movies at home instead of making us go to the theater.<\/p>\n
Turn that frown upside-down. Things are looking up!<\/p>\n
